Purpose:
To manage your participation in the panel and/or in the market research processes in which you are invited to participate. Your personal data will be kept for the time necessary to validate the research process (normally 3 months) and, if you are a panelist, for the duration of your participation in the panel. We may retain your personal data for a longer period if required by law.
Legal Basis:
Your consent to participate in market research. If you are a panelist, also for the execution of the agreement for panel membership; therefore, if you do not provide the requested personal data, you may not be included in the panel. If you choose to leave the panel, you may not receive the established incentives or compensation.
Recipients:
Data will be shared with service providers related to research and with the commissioning entity, for the purpose of managing your participation in a market research study and the statistical analysis of its results. Statistical analyses include aggregated data that may include your sociodemographic profile but will not individually identify you. Data will not be disclosed to third parties unrelated to the commissioning entity, except as required by law.
